China Tin Non-ferrous Metals Posts Stellar First-Half Results, Tin Ingot Production Soars 106%

Recently, China Tin Non-ferrous Metals released its semi-annual report for 2024. The report revealed that in the first half of the year, the company generated revenue of RMB 2.254 billion, up 59.78% YoY, with a net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 349 million, an increase of 108.48% YoY. The net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses attributable to shareholders of listed companies amounted to RMB 332 million, a YoY growth of 106.55%. The weighted average return on equity (ROE) rose from 5.12% in the same period last year to 8.46%, marking a leading growth rate in the industry and a remarkable achievement in exceeding the "halfway" targets for both revenue and profit. During the first half, the company completed a mining volume of 1.1308 million tons, up 32.98% YoY, and produced 5,152.41 tons of tin ingots, representing a significant increase of 106.44% YoY.
