Greater Bay Technology, Victpower team up in cell transaction, energy storage, robotics fields

Under the agreement, Victpower will procure battery cells from Greater Bay Technology for use in the production of battery swap modules for two-wheelers and related sectors.

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Guangzhou Greater Bay Technology Co., Ltd. (Greater Bay Technology), a Chinese supercharging technology developer, and Victpower Group recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement, Greater Bay Technology announced on Sept. 3 via its WeChat account.

Under the agreement, Victpower will procure battery cells from Greater Bay Technology for use in the production of battery swap modules for two-wheelers and related sectors. The partnership aims to align closely on the R&D, production, and service aspects of these modules to ensure high-quality products and efficient service delivery, ultimately offering superior solutions to the market.

In the energy storage domain, the two companies will explore emerging markets such as residential energy storage and portable power solutions. Leveraging Greater Bay Technology's technical expertise in battery cell production and Victpower's strengths in brand partnerships and market channels, the collaboration will focus on developing high-performance, high-quality energy storage products. This initiative is designed to meet the growing demand for home energy storage and outdoor power solutions, promote green living, and drive substantial growth for both companies.

Furthermore, the partnership will extend to the development of industrial products in robotics and small power applications.
