Beijing (Gasgoo)- DEEPAL, the new energy vehicle brand under Changan Automobile, saw its monthly delivery volume hit new high in August, reaching 20,131 vehicles, which jumped 20.4% month over month and 37% year over year, surpassing the 20,000-unit milestone for the first time.

Currently, DEEPAL offers the G318, S07, SL03, and S7 models on the market. The brand is accelerating its product launch pace, with the L07 and S05 models recently debuting at the Chengdu Motor Show 2024 and set to be released to the market in September and October, respectively.

According to Li Pan, DEEPAL's brand director, by the end of August, DEEPAL’s cumulative vehicle sales this year have already surpassed last year's total. The brand’s yearly sales target is set at 252,000 units for 2024. The carmaker aims to exceed the 40,000-units monthly sales mark by December.

On August 25, DEEPAL CEO Deng Chenghao noted on social media that orders for the S07 have increased weekly since its market launch on July 25, with first-month orders reaching 14,231 units. He emphasized the brand's focus on accelerating production and deliveries to capture market share.
