Pr-Nd prices rose, but upward momentum seems to be waning as wait-and-see sentiment dominates before China Northern Rare Earth releases its listing prices

This week, Pr-Nd oxide prices continued to rise rapidly. The mainstream prices of Pr-Nd oxide increased from 391,000-392,000 yuan/mt last Thursday to 402,000-403,000 yuan/mt this Thursday, an increase of about 2.8%. Pr-Nd alloy prices also continued to rise this week, increasing from 482,000-484,000 yuan/mt last Thursday to 494,000-498,000 yuan/mt this Thursday, an increase of about 2.7%.

This week, the prices of Pr-Nd continued to rise due to continued bidding by magnet material factories and purchases by leading enterprises. However, as September approaches, most industry players are watching the new listing prices of China Northern Rare Earth, and the Pr-Nd market prices are gradually stabilizing.
