On the evening of August 25, 2024, an explosion occurred at the short-circuit port of a 500KA electrolytic cell in an aluminum plant in Inner Mongolia, affecting the production of 3 electrolytic aluminum cells. The enterprise handled it in a timely manner. According to the latest news, the affected electrolytic cells have resumed production this afternoon, with minimal impact on output.
