Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On August 21, EXEED, the premium car brand under Chery Holding, officially put the 2025 STERRA ES model onto the market. Coming with four trim levels, it is priced between 215,900 yuan and 299,900 yuan.
As a facelift, the 2025 STERRA ES continues the aesthetic established by its predecessor, maintaining a sleek and avant-garde design under the "Wind Aesthetics" concept. The front of the vehicle features a horizontally integrated LED light strip connecting headlights on both sides. The ISD intelligent interactive lights add a high-tech feel and distinctive character to the car. Glossy black accents on the front lip and surrounding areas enhance the vehicle’s sporty and low-slung visual appeal. The newly introduced Dawn Red color further accentuates its eye-catching design.
The side profile of the new STERRA ES is smooth and dynamic, with a fastback silhouette and hidden door handles contributing to a low drag coefficient of just 0.205 Cd. The vehicle is equipped with large five-spoke wheels and a high-performance braking system, further emphasizing its athletic stance.
At the rear, the car features a sleek, full-width LED taillight, which is highly recognizable when illuminated. The adjustable rear spoiler, which can be set to two angles (0-15 degrees) and automatically adjusts with speed, not only enhances the rear’s visual impact but also improves aerodynamics and handling.
Inside, the 2025 STERRA ES boasts a minimalist design, with extensive use of soft-touch materials to create a premium feel. The vehicle is equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster and a large floating central touchscreen, integrated with the Lion AI all-scenario voice assistant. A dual-spoke multifunction steering wheel and an HUD (head-up display) add to the high-tech ambiance. Notably, the car comes with luxury and comfort features such as a tri-zone climate control system, crystal-effect ambient lighting, and zero-gravity seats for the front passenger.
The 2025 STERRA ES is equipped with the NEP (Navigation on EXEED Pilot) advanced driving assistance system, which includes highway and city driving assistance, as well as automatic parking assist (APA) and memory parking assistance (HPA). This system can handle various parking scenarios and complex parking spaces, with capabilities for ground, underground, and multi-level memory parking over distances of up to 1 kilometer.
The 2025 STERRA ES offers three battery options: 70 kWh, 77 kWh, and 100 kWh. The International version is equipped with a 70 kWh battery, providing a range of 605 km under the CLTC cycle. The Pro and Pro City Intelligent Driving version come with a single motor and are equipped with 77 kWh and 100 kWh batteries, offering ranges of 680 km and 880 km, respectively. The Pro AWD and Ultra Flagship versions feature dual motors, paired with 77 kWh and 100 kWh batteries, which deliver ranges of 605 km and 710 km under the CLTC cycle.
