Australian Anti-Dumping Measures on Chinese Aluminum Extrusions Set to Expire in 2025; Sunset Review Applications Due by October 2024

On August 16th, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued a notice numbered 2024/046, announcing that the anti-dumping and countervailing measures imposed on aluminum extrusions imported from China will expire on October 28th, 2025. Interested parties should submit their applications for sunset review investigation before October 15th, 2024. If no applications are received within this period, the anti-dumping and countervailing measures against the Chinese products involved will be terminated upon expiration.
