Beijing (Gasgoo)- On August 15, Lynk & Co officially commenced presales for its first all-electric sedan, the Lynk & Co Z10, with a starting price of 215,800 yuan. Built on the SEV Haohan intelligent electric architecture, the Z10 is positioned as a mid-to-large electric sedan, boasting an impressive drag coefficient of just 0.198Cd.

The Z10 features Lynk & Co’s second-generation design language, including the signature "The Next Day" family front fascia. It blends design elements from the Lynk & Co 07 EM-P and the ZEEKR 007, with the distinctive "Daybreak Light" daytime running lights that also integrate width, running, and turn signal functions. The sedan’s "Aurora Slim Headlights" include 414 RGB LED lights capable of displaying 256 colors. The car also includes an active air intake grille that automatically adjusts based on driving conditions and cooling requirements.

The Z10 measures 5,028mm in length, 1,966mm in width, and 1,468mm in height, with a 3,005mm wheelbase, similar to the ZEEKR 001, which also rides on the SEV platform.

Inside, the Z10 offers a minimalist design in two interior color themes, featuring a 15.4-inch floating screen, a 12.3-inch sci-fi-inspired dashboard, and a D-shaped steering wheel inspired by starship controls. The ambient lighting system, featuring 59 LEDs above the air vents, can synchronize with multiple screens to create an aurora-like atmosphere. The Z10 is also equipped with luxury features such as a 25.6-inch HUD (Head-up Display) and a 23-speaker Harman Kardon sound system.

The Z10 runs the Meizu Flyme Auto operating system powered by ECARX’s Makalu computing platform. For advanced smart driving, it includes high-level intelligent driving assistance, with LiDAR sensor and NVIDIA Orin-X chips, supporting both expressway and urban NOA (Navigate on Autopilot).

Powering the Z10 is a high-performance 800V architecture, offering both single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive options. The sedan’s range varies, with battery packs providing CLTC-rated ranges of 602km, 766km, 806km, and 702km (AWD). Notably, a 15-minute charge can add up to 573km of range for the vehicle.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
