Nanjing Lists Eight Land Parcels for Residential and Mixed Use, Bidding Starts September 12

【Eight Residential Land Parcels Listed in Nanjing】: On August 14, Nanjing released the Announcement on the Listing and Transfer of the Right to Use State-owned Construction Land in Nanjing (No. 13 of Nanjing in 2024), offering a total of eight land parcels, including seven for residential use and one for mixed commercial and residential use, with a starting price of RMB 3.578 billion. Online timed bidding for these land parcels will commence at 9:30 AM on September 12.

The most expensive in terms of starting price is the land parcel located east of Zichuang Road and south of Huahui Road in Jiangpu Sub-district, Pukou District, with a land area of 47,729.07 square meters and a starting price of RMB 861 million. Following closely behind is the land parcel located east of Qiuyun Road and north of Dangui Road in Qiaolin Sub-district, Pukou District, which has a starting price of RMB 610 million and a land area of 62,361.61 square meters. Ranking third in terms of starting price is the land parcel located east of Wan'an North Road and north of Tianjing Road in Dongshan Sub-district, Jiangning District, with a land area of 35,847.19 square meters and a starting price of RMB 575 million.
