Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On August 13, Polestar Technology, the joint venture between Polestar and DreamSmart Group, held a grand ceremony to celebrate the opening of its new headquarters in the Jiangning Development Zone, Nanjing.

With the inauguration and operation commencement of the new headquarters, Polestar Technology is set to deeply integrate into the intelligent connected technology ecosystem of Jiangning Development Zone.

The Polestar Technology headquarters is located in Purple Mountain Science and Technology City within the Jiangning Development Zone, covering a total area of 8,322.45 square meters. The facility houses an integrated center comprising a R&D center, an operations center, a procurement center, a sales center, and a delivery center. Polestar is committed to investing in personnel for R&D, sales, and operations to develop the Polestar OS, an intelligent automotive operating system dedicated to Polestar's cars, along with a suite of smart supporting products. This initiative aims to break down barriers between automotive and related intelligent products, expanding Polestar's high-end product lineup and driving the brand's manufacturing and sales in the Chinese market.

During the inauguration ceremony, Polestar Technology's Chairman and CEO, Mr. Shen Ziyu, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Jiangning Development Zone. He stated that the official operation of the Polestar Technology headquarters marks the formal launch of the company as a new entity and serves as further evidence of the brand's deep commitment to the Chinese market. With the Nanjing headquarters' R&D team at its core, Polestar will continuously explore and meet the needs of Chinese consumers, actively planning future models based on existing vehicle R&D, and contributing to the growth of China's new energy vehicle industry. As a global brand, Polestar is rooted in the global market with original designs and a worldwide quality system, and it has performed remarkably well in markets such as the United States and Europe. Moving forward, Polestar will leverage the industrial resources of Jiangning Development Zone to offer better products and services to consumers worldwide.

Looking to the future, Polestar Technology plans to focus on establishing an intelligent R&D center at its headquarters, developing unique smart cockpit products exclusive to Polestar in the Jiangning District.
