China Baoan Announces:BTR Mediterranean Anode Intends to Sign a Letter of Guarantee to Supply Artificial Graphite Materials to Ford-related Entities" China Baoan announced that its subsidiary BTR Mediterranean Anode intends to sign supply agreements and prepayment agreements with Ford Motor Company and/or its related companies. According to the terms of the above agreements, Mediterranean Anode will supply artificial graphite materials to Ford-related entities, and Ford Motor Company will make a prepayment totaling US$120 million to Mediterranean Anode.
