【Clou Electronics: The Capacity of Containerized Battery Energy Storage Systems Sold in the Original Contract Changed from 600MWh to 800MWh】Clou Electronics announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Clou America, has signed a "Battery Energy Storage System Supply Contract Amendment & Restatement" with a customer, revising the capacity of the containerized battery energy storage systems sold in the original contract from 600MWh to 800MWh. The contract amount, delivery schedule, technical agreement, and other contents will be adjusted accordingly based on the capacity change. This revision is based on the owner's demand for expanding the grid power compensation capability, which will not affect the independence of the company's business and operations. However, it may be subject to risks of incomplete fulfillment or termination due to factors such as national policies and external macroeconomic environments.
