[Shenzhen Xingxing: Subsidiary plans to transfer assets such as the 3,000-ton production line of the first-phase lithium hexafluorophosphate project] Shenzhen Xingxing announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Songyan New Energy plans to legally transfer the 3,000-ton production line of the first-phase lithium hexafluorophosphate project, machinery and equipment related to the 2,000-ton production line of the second-phase, and labor to Songyan New Energy Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "target company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Songyan New Energy in Ganzhou City. After the asset transfer is completed, Songyan New Energy will transfer 100% of the equity of the target company to Jiangxi Huikai Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huikai Chemical"), a company in which it holds shares, with the asset transfer price of 160 million yuan.
