SMM global iron ore shipments were 30.27 million mt, down 0.9% WoW. Shipments from Australia were 15.16 million mt, down slightly by 6.5% WoW; shipments from Australia went to China were 11.57 million mt, accounting for 76.3% of Australia's total shipments, down 9.5% WoW. Shipments from Brazil were 8.54 million mt, up 17.9%; shipments from Brazil went to China were 3.99 million mt, accounting for 46.7% of Brazil's total shipments, up 51.1%.
By mine, the total shipments from the four major mines last week were 14.83 million mt, up 130,000 mt WoW.
By product, the total shipments of the four products last week were 29.76 million mt, up 50,000 mt.
