Polysilicon prices stabilized with further production cuts expected in August

Last week, the mainstream transaction prices of P-type dense polysilicon were 34-37 yuan/kg, and the transaction prices of N-type polysilicon were 37-41 yuan/kg. Last week, polysilicon prices held largely stable with minor fluctuations. The prices of N-type dense polysilicon stayed stable, while the prices for mixed polysilicon saw a narrow increase of 1-2 yuan/kg. Currently, polysilicon inventory has decreased to around 220,000-230,000 mt due to the expansion of downstream sales channels, reducing pressure on polysilicon manufacturers. In addition, with the possibility of a significant production cut by Xinte in August, the market held prices firm.
