This shift is primarily attributed to increased imports from Myanmar, Africa, and Bolivia, while tin ore imports from other countries remained relatively stable. Specifically, the volume of tin ore imported from Myanmar in June reached 4,100 tonnes (equivalent to approximately 1,342 tonnes of metal), marking an increase from the May 2024 figures. Despite the fact that the relevant authorities in Myanmar have yet to specify a clear timeline for the resumption of tin ore production, recent notifications have allowed processing plants to transport tin powder, thereby contributing to a short-term increase in tin ore import volumes...
