Beijing (Gasgoo)- Ji Yue, the Robocar maker backed by Baidu and Geely, recently unveiled the exterior images of its Ji Yue 07 model with a grey exterior. This model maintains the brand's signature design philosophy, featuring a sophisticated grey paint that highlights its futuristic "Robocar" image. It is expected to be released onto the market in September this year.

The grey Ji Yue 07 seamlessly integrates the brand's signature design language, showcasing a minimalist and elegant aesthetic. The front features a closed-off grille combined with wide air ducts, emphasizing a sporty look and hinting at its performance potential. The intelligent AI pixel headlights offer a cutting-edge design and exceptional illumination.

The side profile is marked by sleek, coupe-like lines, exuding elegance and dynamism. Unlike the Ji Yue 01, the door handles of the 07 model feature advanced voice control technology for automatic opening and closing. The rear design follows a minimalist yet layered approach, with a streamlined tail light design and aerodynamic components like an automatic rear wing, contributing to a superior drag coefficient.

In terms of dimensions, the Ji Yue 07 stands at 4,953mm in length, 1,989mm in width, 1,475mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,013mm, positioning it as a mid-to-large SUV.

The powertrain options are versatile. The single-motor version delivers an efficient 200kW motor, offering an NEDC-rated range of 660km or 880km. The dual-motor version is even more powerful, with a total output of 400kW, providing an NEDC range of 700km.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
