On July 22, Geely's 2025 Jiaji MPV model hit the market with two variants offered: the Longteng Edition and the Pengcheng Edition, which are priced at 109,700 yuan and 119,700 yuan, respectively.

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On July 22, Geely's 2025 Jiaji MPV model hit the market with two variants offered: the Longteng Edition and the Pengcheng Edition, which are priced at 109,700 yuan and 119,700 yuan, respectively.

As an annual facelift, the new Geely Jiaji retains the overall design of the existing model with some detail enhancements. The vehicle features a distinctive front grille design shaped like a pair of feathery wings. The 18-inch wheels come in a "Zhulin Jianying" (translating to "Bamboo Forest Sword Shadow") design, providing a sense of flexibility and fluidity. The 2025 Jiaji model is available in two new exterior colors: "Sky Blue" and "Moon White."

The side profile of the new Jiaji is almost unchanged from the current model, maintaining smooth lines. Notably, the new version uses conventional swing doors instead of side sliding doors. Chrome-plated roof racks and chrome trim around the windows add a touch of sophistication.

The car measures 4,826 mm in length, 1,909 mm in width, and 1,695 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,805 mm. It continues to offer both 6-seat (2-2-2) and 7-seat (2-2-3) arrangements.

The interior design of the 2025 Jiaji remains simple and warm, in line with the existing model. It offers two interior color themes: "Azure Blue" and "Chestnut Brown."

The 2025 Jiaji is equipped with five-zone pressure-distributing comfort leather seats, designed to support the head, back, waist, hips, and legs. The seat materials feature a five-layer composite rebound design, including a breathable layer, rebound layer, shock-absorbing layer, wrapping layer, and support layer, ensuring better breathability. The first and second-row independent seats offer a 160° sleep mode, and the second-row seats have a wide 190mm passage for easy access to the third row.

One of the highlights of the 2025 Jiaji model is its extensive storage solutions, with 54 personalized storage spaces designed throughout the vehicle, catering to the needs of passengers in all three rows. The trunk offers a capacity of 513 liters, which can be expanded by folding down the third-row seats.

The 2025 Jiaji continues to be powered by a 1.5TD engine, delivering a maximum power of 133 kW (181 horsepower) and a peak torque of 290 N·m. The transmission system adopts a 7-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox. The company said its combined fuel consumption is 6.9 liters per 100 kilometers under WLTC conditions.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
