On July 16, the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on High-Quality Grid Connection and Consumption of Distributed PV across the Province (Draft for Comment)" (hereinafter referred to as "the Draft").

The Draft proposed that by 2025, the distributed PV grid connection capacity of Jiangsu Provincial Power Grid should not be less than 50 million kilowatts, and by 2030, it should not be less than 80 million kilowatts. By 2025, the installed capacity of pumped storage and new energy storage in the province will reach approximately 9 million kilowatts, and by 2030, it will reach approximately 13 million kilowatts.
