As SMM survey, the total inventory of zinc ingots across seven locations reached 200,700 mt as of July 11, up 800 mt from July 8 and up 2,400 mt from July 4, bringing inventories back above 200,000 mt.

As SMM survey, the total inventory of zinc ingots across seven locations reached 200,700 mt as of July 11, up 800 mt from July 8 and up 2,400 mt from July 4, bringing inventories back above 200,000 mt. In Shanghai, inventories slightly decreased due to moderate arrivals and downstream restocking at lower prices. However, inventories in Guangdong and Tianjin rose due to regular market arrivals. Despite some price-based purchasing by downstream companies, overall buying remained subdued due to poor consumption, leading to a slight inventory increase. Across the original three locations, inventories increased by 800 mt, reflecting the overall rise across all seven locations surveyed.
