Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Volkswagen Anhui, the Chinese joint venture majority-owned by German carmaker Volkswagen, recently revealed it is set to put its first all-electric model, the ID.UNYX (Chinese name: 与众), onto the market on July 17. The new vehicle will feature a distinctive golden Volkswagen logo.

According to the patent images previously released by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the new model boasts a brand-new design style. The segmented lower bumper and large air intakes further enhance the vehicle's sporty character.

From the side, the ID.UNYX adopts a coupe SUV silhouette, with sharp waistlines and skirt lines that give it a muscular appearance.

At the rear, the vehicle sports a full-width taillight design, incorporating an illuminated brand logo for a modern touch. The large diffuser underscores its sporty positioning.

In terms of dimensions, the new model measures 4,663mm in length, 1,860mm in width, and 1,610mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,766mm.

In terms of power, the ID.UNYX will be available in both single-motor and dual-motor setup.
