Completed in 71 days! China National Nuclear Power Corporation (CNNC) Chongqing 100MW/200MWh Energy Storage Power Station Connected to the Grid" — At 10:30 a.m. on July 10th, the 100MW/200MWh grid-side centralized energy storage power station located in the Xiyong Comprehensive Bonded Zone of the Western (Chongqing) Science City was successfully connected to the grid. This project is the first large-scale centralized energy storage power station of CNNC Chongqing Energy Co., Ltd. in Chongqing, covering an area of 25.92 mu (about 1.73 hectares) with a total investment of 290 million yuan. It has an installed capacity of 100MW/200MWh. The project is equipped with 30 sets of industry-leading high-efficiency liquid-cooled energy storage systems, which are equipped with intelligent temperature control technology, ensuring that the temperature difference within the cabin is ≤3°C, effectively improving the comprehensive efficiency of the energy storage system. After the completion of the project, it can meet the daily electricity demand of approximately 70,000 households.
