Beijing (Gasgoo)- On June 29, semiconductor supplier YTMicro participated in Chery Automobile’s inauguration ceremony of the "Chery Lighting Control Software Joint Innovation Studio," the company announced on July 5 via its WeChat account.

Other members of the Chery Lighting Control Software Joint Innovation Studio, include chip suppliers like ChipON and Zhixin Semiconductor, as well as foundational software companies like Elektrobit, Hirain Technologies, and iSoft Infrastructure Software. This collaboration aims to develop integrated smart car lighting controller solutions.

YTMicro has consistently focused on the advancements in intelligent car lighting. As the first Chinese MCU manufacturer to join the ISELED Alliance, YTMicro is committed to producing high-quality products to advance the intelligent technology of automotive lighting. On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
