Port arrivals by port
SMM China's total coal port arrivals were 9.0065 million mt, up 8.2% WoW. Among them, the total port arrivals at 11 main ports were 3.854 million mt, up 17.3% WoW. The total port arrivals at Guangzhou Port were 825,100 mt, up 23% WoW, accounting for 9.2% of the total port arrivals.
Port arrivals by type
China's thermal coal port arrivals were 6.445 million mt, up 11.3%. China's coking coal port arrivals were 2.212 million mt, down 4.3%.

Shipment data
Overview of last week (2024.6.22-2024.6.28)
Shipments by port
SMM's global coal shipments were 30.2911 million mt, up 13.7% WoW. Among them, the shipments from the seven main ports were 13.075 million mt, up 24.2%. The shipments from Newcastle Port in Australia were 3.6987 million mt, up 48.5% WoW, accounting for 13% of the total shipments.
Shipments by Type
Global thermal coal shipments were 16.27 million mt, up 27.5% WoW. Global coking coal shipments were 12.822 million mt, up 0.7%
