PT Ceria Nugraha Indotama, an Indonesian nickel miner, will receive support from Glencore to build a battery metal factory before its planned initial public offering next year. It is reported that Glencore is negotiating to acquire 10% stake in the company through pre-IPO financing and will assist in financing its high-pressure acid leaching plant.
