Recently, Zhang Tao, a researcher at the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, stated that from the perspective of solid-state batteries, oxide lithium ion conductor material has achieved mass production capacity for industrialization. Its products, in the form of powders, slurries, and separators, are used for electrode blending, separator coating, and electrode interface modification in solid-state lithium batteries. Meanwhile, based on the independent controllability of the core material of solid-state electrolytes, continuously improving the solid-solid interface compatibility within electrodes/electrolytes and electrodes is a crucial scientific issue for the development of solid-state battery technology. In addition, from the perspective of process design and engineering platform development, verifying and continuously improving the safety, energy density, cycling, rate, and low-temperature performance of Ah-level solid-state lithium batteries are the main issues in current engineering technology development.
