【The Project of Jiujiang Xin'ermei Pressure Casting Smart Lock Shell Goes into Operation】According to relevant reports, on the morning of June 25th, Jiujiang Xin'ermei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. held an opening ceremony and announced the official launch of the first phase of the company's annual production of 3 million sets of pressure casting smart lock shell project. The project is located in Penghuwan Industrial Park, Pengze County, Jiujiang City, covering an area of 36,400 square meters, mainly producing pressure casting products such as smart lock shells, new energy vehicle parts, and 5G communication shells. The first phase of the project has introduced 10 sets of 180T-850T fully automatic pressure casting units, equipped with cold chamber die casting machines, smoke purification equipment for die casting, automation and peripheral equipment, melting and insulation furnaces, automatic soup dispensing lines and other production equipment from brands such as Haitian, Aidi, Rizhao, and Gaoyuan. At the same time, a full-process production line integrating product development, mold design and manufacturing, precision machining, polishing, surface treatment, and other functions has also been built.
