Another 21 GWh lithium iron phosphate battery factory will be built in the United States and is expected to be put into operation in 2027." On June 14th, according to Cummins China, Cummins' zero-carbon emission business brand Accelera, Daimler Trucks North America LLC, and PACCAR announced the completion of the joint venture named Amplify Cell Technologies. This strategic cooperation will promote zero-emission technology for electric commercial vehicles and industrial applications. Amplify will begin construction of a 21 gigawatt-hour (GWh) factory in Marshall County, Mississippi, USA, with the potential for further expansion as demand grows. The factory is scheduled to go into operation in 2027.
