Centralized Purchasing of China Energy Construction’s 5GWh Energy Storage Systems!】SMM learned that on June 13th, China Energy Construction issued a centralized purchasing announcement for lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage systems for the year 2024. This bidding is divided into three bid sections with an estimated total of 5GWh. This centralized purchasing does not accept bids from consortia or agents. The following are the bidding capacities and bidder requirements for each bid section: Bid Section 1 purchases 1-hour systems, with a cumulative performance of more than 200MWh for energy storage systems with a single capacity of more than 10MWh; Bid Section 2 purchases 2-hour systems, with a cumulative performance of more than 1000MWh for energy storage systems with a single capacity of more than 50MWh; Bid Section 3 purchases 4-hour systems, with a cumulative performance of more than 500MWh for energy storage systems with a single capacity of more than 50MWh.
