【SMM Lithium Carbonate Market Review: LC2407 Main Contract Rose by 0.2%】On June 12th, the lithium carbonate 2407 main contract rose by 0.2%. According to data, the lithium carbonate 2407 main contract opened at 97,500 yuan/ton and closed at 98,450 yuan/ton. The trading volume was 143,742 lots, and the open interest was 140,001 lots, which decreased by 12,299 lots compared with the previous trading day. On the same day, SMM's spot quotation for battery-grade lithium carbonate was 97,000-101,900 yuan/ton, with an average price of 99,450 yuan/ton, decreasing by 900 yuan/ton compared with the previous working day. From the trend, after the opening of lithium carbonate prices on the day, they fluctuated down to the early closing. After the noon session opened, multiple forces entered the market, driving the lithium carbonate prices to rise significantly, ultimately closing up 0.2%.
