[Inner Mongolia: The production capacity of lithium concentrate in the autonomous region will be increased to 50,000 tons by 2025] Recently, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s Industry and Information Technology Department issued a notice on the “Guiding Opinions on the Development of the Lithium Industry in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region”. According to the plan, by 2025, Inner Mongolia will initially establish a lithium industry chain in the region, achieving an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of lithium concentrate (converted to lithium carbonate equivalent), an annual production of 520,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode material, an annual production of 1.764 million tons of anode material, an annual production of 30,000 tons of electrolyte, an annual production of 1.5 billion square meters of separator, an annual production capacity of 29GWh of batteries, and an annual output value of the lithium industry chain reaching 70 billion yuan.

In January, national passenger car producers' new energy wholesale estimates reached 900,000 units, up 1% YoY.
