【80MW/160MWh! Hangzhou Lin'an's First Large-Scale Grid-Side Energy Storage Power Station to be Officially Commissioned by the End of June】

SMM has learned from Lin'an Urban Investment that the first large-scale grid-side energy storage power station in Hangzhou's Lin'an District, currently under construction in Taihuyuan Town, is scheduled to be officially commissioned by the end of June. The project, located in Langkou Village, Taihuyuan Town, covers an area of nearly 20,000 square meters and is divided into two functional zones: the energy storage area and the main transformer and SVG area, with a total storage capacity of 80MW. Currently, the electrical installation work has been completed, and various systems are being debugged synchronously. It is expected to be connected to the grid by the end of June.

On March 28, EVE Energy Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that the company plans to sign an investment cooperation agreement with the Management Committee of Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone to invest in and construct the "EVE Energy 60GWh Energy Storage (Power) Battery Manufacturing Project" in the Zhongkai High-tech Zone. The total investment for this project is approximately 6 billion yuan, covering an area of about 500 mu. It will be used to construct a production base for energy storage (power) batteries with a capacity of 60GWh. The implementation entity for this project will be EVE Energy or an affiliated company established by it within the zone.
