Eastart Group and Guangdong Kunpeng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement after recent in-depth communication and discussion, marking a new stage of cooperation between the two parties. They will give full play to their respective advantages and jointly promote the high-quality development of new energy projects such as wind, solar, energy storage, and charging. With strong industry relevance and complementary industries, the two parties have a good foundation for cooperation and will collaborate in areas such as improving the technical application of energy storage systems, product quality, and energy efficiency management to jointly promote the rapid development of new productive forces such as "new energy + energy storage". At the same time, relying on the channel resources and customer resources of both parties, they will strengthen cooperation in market development, investment, and construction in various industries, including intelligent charging and swapping for electric tricycles and bicycles, new energy storage, comprehensive utilization and recycling of batteries, wind and solar power generation projects, to achieve broader and deeper levels of mutual creation and win-win outcomes.
