Geely's Radar Auto puts RADAR Horizon model onto market

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On April 23, the RADAR Horizon, the new model under Geely's high-end new energy outdoors lifestyle vehicle brand, Radar Auto ("RADAR"), officially went on sale with guidance prices ranging from 181,800 yuan to 221,800 yuan.

In terms of the power system, the RADAR Horizon incorporates a high-performance permanent magnet synchronous dual-electric drive system, with a combined peak power output of up to 315kW and a peak torque of 594Nm. It accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in approximately 4.5 seconds and can run at a maximum speed of 190km/h.

The new model will also offer 7 driving modes to cater to various road conditions and driving needs. It supports voice switching and comes equipped with an intelligent all-terrain feedback system, and is capable of intelligently adjusting four-wheel torque distribution, with a minimum turning radius of 3.5m.

Furthermore, the RADAR Horizon adopts an integrated unit body, with a top towing capacity of 3,000kg and a maximum wading depth of 815mm. It can climb inclines up to 95% when unloaded and up to 65% when fully loaded. With a peak payload of 865kg, it surpasses the Ford Ranger by 370kg. 

This model also supports up to 21kW "super discharge" function, which can draw power from various positions including the front trunk, inside the cabin, sides of the vehicle, catering to household, commercial, industrial, agricultural operations, outdoor recreational needs, and more.
