According to China Customs, China exported 144,100 mt of alumina in March, and exported 421,600 mt of alumina from January to March.

According to China Customs, China exported 144,100 mt of alumina in March 2024, and exported 421,600 mt of alumina from January to March 2024. China also imported 303,800 mt of alumina in March 2024, an increase of 3.97% from the previous month and a year-on-year increase of 334%.
Alumina imports totalled 947,300 million mt from January to March, a year-on-year increase of 105.85%. The net imports of alumina stood at 159,700 mt in March and stood at 525,700 mt from January to March 2024.
