Beijing (Gasgoo)- On April 17, Chery’s EXEED brand officially released renderings of its first electric MPV, the E08. The new model was crafted by EXEED's European and Shanghai design teams and is scheduled to debut at the Auto China 2024 in Beijing next week.

Steve Eum, Vice President and General Manager of Design at Chery, expressed that the E08 seamlessly integrates tradition with modernity, technology with art, to create a charming Fusion Luxury concept, offering a blend of family and business-friendly features with ultimate elegance in the driving experience.

The E08 continues the EXEED design language of "Wind Aesthetics" while advancing it further. From the renderings, the E08 adopts a One Box integrated design concept with smooth and natural body lines, simple and pure surfaces, achieving a super-low drag coefficient for lower energy consumption, extended range, and enhanced comfort.

The front design is inspired by EXEED's Cyber Butterfly design theme. The grille design draws inspiration from chandeliers, showcasing a fusion of modern technological innovation and traditional craftsmanship.

The front and rear L-shaped lights are the highlights of the E08, inspired by wind tunnel experiments, presenting a "Wings of the Wind" lighting effect when illuminated.

The wheel design is inspired by Eastern symmetrical aesthetics, with two squares overlapping to form eight corners, symbolizing a stable and smooth ride and smart mobility in all directions.

Additionally, the E08’s ultra-wide door opening feature allows direct access to the third row, maximizing convenience for passengers entering and exiting.
