The new luxury intelligent pure electric car brand smart announced the launch of the new smart Spirit #1 and #3 product series in the domestic market, with a starting official retail price of 154,900 yuan (excluding optional accessories).

The new luxury intelligent pure electric car brand smart announced the launch of the new smart Spirit #1 and #3 product series in the domestic market, with a starting official retail price of 154,900 yuan (excluding optional accessories). The "New Luxury Dynamic SUV" smart Spirit #1 series includes the Dynamic Standard Edition, Dynamic Long Range Edition, and Dynamic Luxury Edition, with official retail prices of 154,900 yuan, 174,900 yuan, and 199,900 yuan, respectively. The "New Luxury Sports Coupe" smart Spirit #3 series includes the Sporty Standard Edition, Sporty Long Range Edition, and Sporty Four-wheel Drive Edition, with official retail prices of 164,900 yuan, 184,900 yuan, and 219,900 yuan, respectively.

SK Innovation E&S has completed and begun operations of the largest energy storage system (ESS) facility in New York State. According to industry sources on the 31st, its subsidiary KCE launched the KCE NY 6 battery storage facility located on Electric Avenue in Blasdell, Erie County. Tozero Launches Industrial Demo Plant to Recover Lithium from Waste Batteries
German company, Tozero, announced on March 27 (local time) the official launch of its industrial-scale demonstration plant. The company has built a facility at the Gendorf chemical park in Bavaria, Germany, capable of processing more than 1,500 tons of waste batteries annually. The process enables the recovery of lithium carbonate, graphite, and nickel-cobalt mixtures from spent batteries for reuse as battery raw materials. The plant is expected to recycle resources equivalent to batteries from approximately 6,000 electric vehicles per year, reducing reliance on landfill disposal.
