Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On April 11, Tsingshan Industry, the world's leading stainless steel producer, reached a strategic partnership with Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group and Qiyuan Core Motive Power Technology Co., Ltd, according to a post on Tsingshan Industry.


To be specific, Tsingshan Industry and Shaanxi Automobile Holding signed a strategic cooperation agreement, while Yongqing Technology (subsidiary of Tsingshan Holding), Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile (subsidiary of Shaanxi Automobile Holding), and Qiyuan Core Motive Power inked a memorandum of understanding for the Overseas Green Transport Consortium collaboration.

Xiang Guangda, Chairman of Tsingshan Industry’s board, introduced the development history of Tsingshan Industry and its projects in countries such as Indonesia and Zimbabwe. He expressed his anticipation for achieving outstanding results through the partnership with Shaanxi Automobile Holding and Qiyuan Core Motive Power, leveraging strong alliances and complementary strengths.

Yuan Hongming, Chairman of Shaanxi Automobile Holding, pointed out that Shaanxi Automobile Holding's product range covers heavy off-road vehicles, heavy-duty and medium-to-light-duty trucks, large- and medium-sized buses, and relevant components. The company has leading technology and product development in the field of energy-saving and new energy commercial vehicles. He hopes that the three parties can leverage their respective strengths, continuously expand their cooperation, and inject new momentum into each other's development.

Cai Ning, General Manager of Qiyuan Core Motive Power, stated that the company focuses on commercial transportation scenarios represented by battery-swappable heavy trucks, electric construction machinery, and electric vessels, aiming to accelerate the transition to electric power in the transportation sector. Each enterprise possesses unique resources and strengths, and the tripartite cooperation can better achieve a win-win situation and mutual development.
