GAC MOTOR, Huajian Group forge strategic partnership

On April 10, GAC MOTOR, the international business unit of GAC Group, and Huajian Group officially signed a dealership cooperation agreement and a KD (Knock-Down) assembly memorandum of understanding (MoU) in Guangzhou, according to GAC Group's press release.

Under the MoU, GAC MOTOR grants the dealership rights in Ethiopia to Huajian Group, which will introduce GAC's automobile sales, electric vehicle charging stations, energy storage, and automotive parts sales businesses into the Huajian Light Industry City. Moving forward, both parties will continue to expand their areas of collaboration, engaging in pragmatic cooperation in KD projects and beyond.

SGMW kicks off presale of Wuling Xingguang's BEV edition

On April 11, SAIC-GM-Wuling ("SGMW") began presale of the Wuling Xingguang model’s battery electric vehicle (BEV) edition. As the first model to ride on the Tianyu Architecture's D Platform, the new vehicle comes with two variants, which are priced at 109,800 yuan for the 410 Standard version and 119,800 yuan for the 510 Advanced version in presale.
