Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On March 28, XPENG announced its official entry into the German market, with the Launch ("Shangshi" in Chinese Pinyin) Edition of the G9 and P7 models introduced at the same time, according to the Chinese automaker's WeChat post.

XPENG revealed that the G9 is priced between €57,600 and €69,600, while the P7 ranges from €49,600 to €69,600 in Germany.

XPENG is set to commence sales of the Launch Editions of the XPENG G9 and P7 models in Germany from May this year, marking a significant stride in its global expansion journey. In the future, the company will also venture into other European markets, including France, Italy, and the UK. Based on its strong sales performance and favorable product reputation in countries like Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, XPENG aims to capture a 3% share in the corresponding segments of Germany's new energy vehicle market by the end of this year.

In its European expansion strategy, XPENG is focusing on strengthening its dealership network as well. Starting May, the company will collaborate with 12 local premium dealerships, operating in 24 retail outlets across Germany. By the end of 2026, XPENG plans to increase the number of dealerships to 60 and expand retail outlets to 120, ensuring comprehensive service experiences for European customers.

Both the XPENG G9 and P7 have already hit the markets of Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and the Netherlands.
