Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On March 13, 2024, Enerji SA, Turkey's leading energy company, in collaboration with Zebra and Huawei Digital Power Technologies, officially launched Turkey's first liquid-cooled supercharging station, according to a press release from Huawei. The inauguration was celebrated with a joint media conference and a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the charging facility.
During the event, the three companies announced their comprehensive strategic cooperation in the development and operation of a new energy vehicle charging network, with plans to deploy 50 sets of the liquid-cooled supercharging solution commercially in 2024.
The newly launched station is outfitted with a Huawei 600kW liquid-cooled supercharging master unit and two Zebra 500kW ultra-fast dual-gun terminals, capable of simultaneously accommodating the rapid charging needs of four vehicles, thereby providing EV owners with an ultra-fast charging experience.
Furthermore, as a core component of the supercharging solution, the Huawei 600kW liquid-cooled supercharging master unit, with a lifespan of up to 10 years, offers an efficient, fast, and reliable charging experience, said Huawei. The station also features a rooftop photovoltaic system and optimizers, with additional space for an integrated energy storage system, aiming for a seamless integration of optimal light storage and charging. As a leading energy and power company, EnerjiSA will also issue green energy certificates for the electricity generated by renewable energy power plants for this charging station, underlining its commitment to sustainability.
