Australian Lithium Company's Subsidiary Signs a 3-year Lithium Battery Recycling Agreement with LG Energy Solution

The initial term of the agreement is 3 years, with an expiration date of March 10, 2027, replacing the recycling agreement announced by both parties in September 2022.

Australian company Lithium Australia has taken an important step in the field of battery recycling. It is reported that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Envirostream Australia, has signed an exclusive three-year recycling agreement with the renowned company LG Energy Solution, aimed at recycling recalled lithium-ion batteries in Australia. The signing of this agreement marks a joint effort by both parties in sustainable development and resource recycling. The initial term of the agreement is 3 years, with an expiration date of March 10, 2027, replacing the recycling agreement announced by both parties in September 2022. The signing of this long-term cooperation will bring new development opportunities to the lithium battery recycling industry and also inject new vitality into environmental conservation efforts.
