Price hike for caustic soda used in alumina production in Guangxi
According to SMM, in March, alumina plants in Guangxi raised the purchase price of caustic soda. The price for 50% ion membrane caustic soda delivered was set at 3500 yuan/ton (ex-works), up 100 yuan/ton (ex-works) compared to the previous period.
