Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On March 6, BYD officially put the Seagull Honor Edition onto the market, with a price range of 69,800 yuan to 85,800 yuan. With its fresh color scheme and vibrant personalized experience, BYD enriches the options for customers. The new model comes with two range options-- 305km and 405km, and it also offers the fast charging feature.
The BYD Seagull Honor Edition model introduces a new color scheme that combines the North Ice Blue exterior and the Deep Sea Blue interior, showcasing the refreshing and mysterious feel of the ocean. The powerful essence of the model's side profile is highlighted by a character line that swoops from the rear of the vehicle to the front.
Inside the car, the new model will provide a 10.1-inch adaptive rotatable screen, which is integrated with the DiLink intelligent networking system that supports video playback and voice interaction. Additionally, the car supports the connection with mobile phone app, Bluetooth key, and NFC key unlocking.
According to the carmaker, the model will come with 4 airbags (including driver and front passenger airbags and side curtain airbags), ESP, EPB, heated exterior mirrors, etc. across its entire lineup, with front-row side airbags added to higher-spec trim levels.
Some variants of the new model will also provide advanced driving assistance systems, including such functions as adaptive cruise control, active emergency braking, traffic sign recognition, and lane departure warning.
Furthermore, the new model carries a permanent magnet synchronous drive motor delivering a maximum power of 55 kW and a peak torque of 135 N·m. It is powered by BYD's Blade Battery that offers two battery capacities--30.08kWh and 38.88kWh.
