SMM Steel Market Morning Post: Spokesperson of the National People's Congress: The project of issuing 1 trillion yuan in additional government bonds in 2023 has been fully allocated to support over 15,000 projects. The 14th National People's Congress held a press conference today in the press hall of the Great Hall of the People. Spokesperson Lou Qinjian stated that in October last year, the 6th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress reviewed and approved the adjustment plan for the central budget in 2023 proposed by the State Council. Currently, the project of issuing 1 trillion yuan in additional government bonds in 2023 has been fully allocated, supporting over 15,000 projects, effectively ensuring and improving the livelihoods of the people in disaster-affected areas. This year, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress will continue to supervise the management and use of the funds raised by the issuance of government bonds, urging the relevant departments of the State Council to strengthen project and fund management to ensure that every penny is well spent and yields real results.
