[CITIC Securities: Lithium prices are anticipated to rebound soon] CITIC Securities research report pointed out that Australian lithium mines saw a quarter-over-quarter increase in production and sales volumes in the fourth quarter of 2023, with a widening decline in spodumene concentrate prices. Several overseas lithium mines have announced a decrease in production and sales guidance for 2024, and some high-cost lithium mines have temporarily suspended mining activities. We expect that more lithium mines will reduce production in response to the rapidly declining market environment for lithium prices. Recently, domestic lithium mine supply uncertainty has increased, coupled with a recovery in demand for new energy vehicles, we expect lithium prices to potentially rebound.
