Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On Feb. 26, the opening day of the Geneva International Motor Show 2024, IM Motors, the premium electric vehicle brand co-backed by SAIC Motor, Alibaba Group, and Zhangjiang High-Tech, showcased its entire lineup for the first time at the prestigious event.

The lineup includes the all-new IM L7, which hit the market on Feb. 24, the IM LS7, and the IM LS6. Notably, the IM L6, which is set to hit the market later this year, made its world debut at the motor show.

The Geneva Motor Show served as a platform for IM Motors to announce 2024 as the "Inaugural Year of International Expansion" for the IM brand. Leveraging the robust overseas marketing network, mature operational models, and strong international partnerships of SAIC Motor, IM Motors aims to strategically meet the overseas market demands with its intelligent and technologically advanced vehicles. The goal is to align seamlessly with local consumer preferences, creating an agile and efficient paradigm for the global outreach of Chinese brands.

As a main driving force in SAIC Motor's new energy vehicle transition, IM Motors made significant strides in China's domestic market in 2023. The brand boasts urban Navigation on Autopilot (NOA) capabilities and nationwide coverage of Expressway & Elevated Road NOA. Additionally, it has initiated localized adaptation training in Europe, gradually aligning algorithms with local road environments and users' driving behaviors.

With a mission to "Lead SAIC Motor's entry into global high-end intelligent automotive market," IM Motors sets core objectives for 2024. The IM L7 and LS7 models are scheduled to debut in markets such as Mexico, the Middle East, South America, and Southeast Asia. Looking ahead to 2025, the IM LS6 and L6 will make a global market entry.
