2024 version of pure-electric DEEPAL SL03 sedan to hit market on Feb. 20

DEEPAL, Changan Automobile's new energy vehicle brand, officially announced on February 19 that the 2024 facelift of the pure-electric DEEPAL SL03 model would hit the market on February 20.

Beijing (Gasgoo)- DEEPAL, Changan Automobile's new energy vehicle brand, officially announced on February 19 that the 2024 facelift of the pure-electric DEEPAL SL03 model would hit the market on February 20.

As a minor yearly update to the model, the main adjustments for the new SL03 electric version focus on refining certain configuration details while maintaining consistency with the current model. Currently, there are four pure-electric variants of the SL03 available on the market, with prices ranging from 163,900 yuan to 206,900 yuan.

In terms of exterior design, the new car adopts a closed front face design with a split-style headlight design. The distinctive LED daytime running lights above and the integrated high and low beam headlights below blend seamlessly with the front bumper's ventilation openings.

Moving to the interior, the design of the new car is sleek, featuring a full LCD instrument panel, a dual-spoke multifunction steering wheel, and a 14.6-inch floating center console multimedia display screen.

Regarding power, the current pure-electric DEEPAL SL03 model is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous drive motor, with maximum total power ranging from 190 kW to 160 kW depending on the configuration. Peak torque for both variants is 320 Nm. For battery options, the pure-electric SL03 lineip come with a ternary lithium battery pack, offering CLTC-rated battery-powered ranges of 515 kilometers and 705 kilometers, depending on the configuration.
