Indian battery material company EAM (Epsilon Advanced Materials) has successfully acquired the lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery material technology center of the British chemical company Johnson Matthey in Mossburg, Germany. Johnson Matthey is a globally specialized chemical company headquartered in London. The LFP technology center in Mossburg not only has the production capacity for laboratory-scale lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and lithium iron manganese phosphate (LMFP) cathode materials in small batches, but also has a versatile customer certification pilot factory utilizing hydrothermal processes. EAM is an Indian battery material company established in 2018, headquartered in Mumbai.
