SMM Zinc Morning Meeting Minutes: Delay in Production of Russian Ozernoye Zinc Mine and Macro Bearish Sentiment, London Zinc Continues to Decline. Overnight, London zinc recorded a bearish candle, with the lower Bollinger band providing support. LME inventories decreased by 1050 tons to 197,275 tons, a decrease of 0.53%. The owner of the Russian Ozernoye zinc mine stated that the production of zinc concentrate at the mine has been delayed to at least the third quarter of this year, intensifying market expectations of a future shortage of mine supply.
